MUFFLER REPAIR

Your muffler is important to quiet engine noises. Rust or damage from a rock can cause your muffler to leak and will require replacement or repair. Hangers and clamps are used to hold your muffler (and the entire exhaust system) to your vehicle. If these hangers and clamps become loose, the components will become hot and cause damage. Regular muffler repair maintenance will protect your vehicle from damage caused by muffler and exhaust malfunctions.

Catalytic converters reduce the amount of harmful emissions by transforming pollutants into water vapor and less harmful gases. While catalytic converters do not require much maintenance, they will eventually wear out. The exhaust manifold and exhaust gaskets need regular maintenance to stay in proper working order. If the manifold is broken or if the gasket is leaking, dangerous monoxide gases will leak into the interior of your car.
